Why isn't my alarm ringing?
Check your device's sound settings. Vibrate/silent mode may affect alarms. Make sure the app has background permission. On iOS, check that Focus mode isn't blocking Alarmingo.
Why did my streak reset?
Game Streak requires at least 2 rounds from each game per day; Daily Streak requires at least 1 alarm to ring. If you skipped either of these during the day, the streak resets.
Why does my tournament score show 0?
The score formula is: Hearts × Game Streak × Daily Streak. If any one of these three values is zero, the total score is also zero. Check your streaks.
How do I cancel my Pro subscription?
iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Alarmingo → Cancel. Android: Play Store → Profile → Subscriptions → Alarmingo → Cancel. You keep Pro features until the end of the current period.
Which languages can I learn?
Currently supported: English, German, Spanish, French, Arabic, Russian, Chinese (Mandarin) and Turkish. New languages coming soon!
Can I back up my data?
If you sign in with your account, your progress is automatically backed up to the cloud. You can sync and continue on different devices with the same account.
Is the app free?
Core features are free. A Pro subscription unlocks all language categories, unlimited alarms, the tournament reward programme and an ad-free experience.
